Product Overview

Membrane Water Wall Tubes are welded tube-panel assemblies used as the primary heat-absorbing surface inside industrial and utility boilers. The construction consists of parallel boiler tubes joined by continuously welded steel membranes (flat bars), forming a gas-tight furnace enclosure capable of withstanding high temperatures and pressures.

Compared with refractory-lined furnace walls, membrane wall construction significantly improves thermal efficiency, reduces heat loss, minimizes air leakage, and enhances overall boiler reliability.
